There has been million blackbirds that has died for no real good reason. On the news there have been many stories about how they all died. Not every black bird died because of fireworks on New Years Day. There has been many states now, in the US that have seen blackbirds dropping from the sky. Also there have been great amount fish that has died. What's your thought about what happen to them blackbirds.

No Reason - They didn't die for no reason.
Any article that I've read states that there was "blunt force trauma" to their bodies. Which signifies that something had hit them. Apparently hard enough to kill them.

Experts speculate the New Year fireworks, thunderstorms, extreme colder weather, parasites, and even lead poisoning is the cause of death of these animals.

Eggsackly Chris! In fact the necropsy showed they died before hitting the ground. I didn't read this one but I read several other articles and they said the cause of death was heart attacks (or heart stopping) and my recollection of what it said is more like "it was as if they were killed by a blunt force....."
Another story was about the multitude of birds - different species -that die worldwide every year to unknown phenomina. That could be where the million comes in. I thought it said 100,000 but I'm not sure. I don't think they are are as rare of an occurance as people think it is. That could be because I live in California and these kinds of things happen here at least once a year.
