Here is the news from NYDaily News, it says Apple CEO Steve Jobs currently photographed receiving treatment at Stanford Cancer Center, the same treatment facility where the late Patrick Swayze sought chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer in his final days.

So what will happen to Apple in the following days? When Steve Jobs said he would take another medical leave in January, Apple stock met a problem. How about this time? Who will be his successor ?
