I just want to know how many times you will brush your teeth in a day and how many times is the best for teeth,,,,,,,,,,,,
i am brush mine teeth only early in the morning,,,,,,,,,,

I do brush my teeth after meals and after waking up in the morning; it's been my routine since I can remember.

I've heard that you shouldn't brush after meals, because the tooth enamel is weakened by eating and so can be damaged by brushing. Not sure if this is true or just some myth though

anyway, i brush my teeth whenever im going out and going to sleep..is it weird?

I brush my teeth twice in a day to keep my teeth and mouth clean. To keep our teeth clean we must brush teeth daily and avoid alcohol, smoking and other stimulants.
