How can I extract or run an .sfv file
I think its an xvid video but for now it just sits on my computer taunting me.

I used QuickSFV to test it out but then I dont know what to do....

And SFV file is just a checksum file. It is a checksum of your download so you can prove that the download in ok.
If it checks out ok then the video file is not corrupted.

You have got the xvid codec installed?

What files do you have alongside this SFV one? RAR,001,002..... etc or a single .AVE/.MPG file?

I have 001 002 003 ... 045 and an SFV file but no RAR that is why Im confused.
This the second file Ive come across like this.

This one says its suppose to be an XVID

Ah, right they are probably RAR files. Try opening the .001 file in winrar.

if that doesn't work then you may need to 'join' them using sometiong like HJSPLIT

I'm banking on them being RAR files though
