Then of course the clueless marketers latched on to it as a good idea, not understanding that some ideas are only good the once, and the turnkey "pixel site" was hatched.
Enter the snake oil sellers, followed rapidly by the clueless "I wannabee rich" gullible numpties to buy these useless pieces of Internet jetsam, because obviously if the first one raised a million dollars, it figures that the 100,000th will as well.
So they get scammed out of their money then abandon the site when the Golden Goose turns into a White Elephant and the rest of us get another bit of internet junk clogging up the "information superhighway"
