There's an obvious reason for that which I'm surprised you didn't pick up on...
In that screenshot, you appear to be going through the Windows Genuine Advantage program, and would appear to be using Firefox to do it - therefore Microsoft have obviously detected which browser you're using and directed you to the relevant instructions.
