You can't transfer money to your CC or debit card. They will give you a debit card that takes the money from your PayPal account. Use it like a regular debit card.

You can use a CC to pay up to a limit of 1-200$ before you must be verified. Verified means that you link an existing bank account to the PayPal account. Once you do that you have the option to use a bank debit or you may continue to use your CC. Funds that are deposited to your account may be withdrawn via the debit card, transfered to your bank account or by check. I don't recall the fees if any involved.
Since you pay a tranaction fee on all incoming funds like a merchant account, the fees for spending are very low or none.
I don't think Western Union is an option. |
