here is the deal, about a month ago my sites (just my sites) slowed down to a crawl for me and some other users (not all of them). I turn off my firewall and it all works well (5x-10x faster), points to my firewall, right? wrong, I switched to zonealarm for the same results. I call my firewall company (trend micro), the guy had no idea what he was talking about, when I asked to file a complaint about the firewall, he told me it was a known bug, funny he rememberd that then. he basicly told me that this is the webhosts problem. I then call my webhost about this, I am told it is my ISP's problem, that I am likely on an overloaded hub. I then contact my ISP to be told that any errors of the sort have been fixed and that it is no doubt the server. id continue with the support calls, but I am only going to go back the the bounce around "its their problem" game.
here are the options that I have on the table, one or all may fix it:
1. change ISP
2. change hosting provider
which does it sound like?
