hello, i am new to the forums but i hope that you can help me.

ok i downloaded "Xampp" for windows the other night, and i unpacked the zip and put it in my "C:". Now when i went thru the steps and came up to the part when you have to install "apache_start.bat" and i get this error when it runs

Make sure it is not required to install apache before running the program.

I have no clue about that program but I use:

Just for my test servers. It comes with everything a developer will need.

I would check it out
