First of all this is not a post to sell my sites, im just asking about selling sites.

I've got about 10 or so established websites and am looking to sell them all so i can use the $$$ to take a holiday soon. I think i can safely assume that i will maximise my $ by selling them seperately but it would be soooo much less work to sell them all together to one person...less work for me.... I don't mind making a bit less money by selling them all together but i dont know how much less it would be.
what would you guys do?

Hi,

Ok it is not that much more effort selling them all together.. either way you will have to provide stats etc for individual sites.. you will have to write your asking price and summery for each site anyway...

Plus look at it this way, your sites are not all of the same topic... if you are expectnig quite a lot of cash from these sites... and you try sell them as bulk.. the bid will be much lower as people may not want one or two of the sites.. plus the person who wants those cant bid as it covers all and be too high..

I dont think it is that much effort at all in the long run ... and you are going to lose probably a few hundred if you sell them bulk.

Just ino
cheers

There might be a little more effort in selling them seperately but like Sir P said you it could be the difference between a couple hundred bucks. Its worth it to sell them seperately, thats what I would do.

Unless the sites have some form of network type connection or are of similar genres, you'll most likely not sell them together or you'll get far, far less than individually.

i dont think you are gonna get a decent price if you sell them in a bulk as all these sites seem unrelated to each other and are on a different topic.
so for someone looking to start a article site, a MLM site does not make any sense
