How can this be really effective? I've been getting alot and I mean alot of extra lbs and sucks that it's giving me a hard time choosing what and when to wear... I so loving shoping for new clothes and sandals but hates to know that a really really sexy and small sandals would just make me look big and yeah of course same with the clothes.. yeah and the fact that I suffer from pain at the back of my neck(just between the neck and cranium..)

I mean how can this thing work? or should I consider joining the muslim's ramadan..

IMO, fad diets don't work. There's only so much you can do to loose weight... some people just have natrually low metabolism. All you really need to do is watch what you eat, and get plenty of excersize. Cut out the extra chocolates, fizzy drinks and fatty foods and replace them with something that's got less sugar or fat in it. I stopped drinking coke and now have lime with diet lemonade. A refreshing fizzy drink with about 10% of the calories of coke. I try to snack on fruit now instead of cookies and chocolate bars. It's hard, but it's acheiveable.
As for excersize, I spend 2 hours ice skating every week and 2 and a half hours cheerleading. There's loads of things you can do that aren't as boring as sitting in the gym.

As yet I've only noticed a tiny bit of weight loss, but then I'm not really at all overweight (just got a bit of a belly! lol) and haven't been doing it long.

He is just jumping on he banwaggon and trying to exploit vulenerable depressed overweight people.

I am going to write a diet book, It is going to have 4000 pages it in and every page is going too have "Consume less calories, Do more exercise. Consume less calories, Do more exercise. Consume less calories, Do more exercise. Consume less calories, Do more exercise. Consume less calories, Do more exercise."

That is all you have to do to lose weight and it's the only method that is going to completely 100% work..

But i guess people don't want to actually do anything.
It seems to me all you have to do to get rich these days is sell a quick easy fix.

for some reason the modern generation thinks that because we have good technology, that we can get allot with little effort, this is simply not true. my diet is eating right (to some extent) and working out. my motivation? heart desize, diabities, strokes and heart attacks all are in my family from both sides.

big things take work, they always have and they always will, if you can get that done easy, the new big to modern standards will take lots of work, the cycle will go on forever </rant>

Thanks for the input.

I am thinking that maybe I am doing alot of computer stuff and maybe it;s time for me to get into some action.. a badminton maybe once or twice a week.. I usually go to work at 5in the morning so there's no way I'm gonna jog around the street in the afternoon.. also the fact that a tropical country I am in, I am sure gonna get those sun burns. yep I mentioned about the pains at the back of my neck..I guess I am eating alot of calories and cholesterol. I used to weigh 91 lbs.. and pls don't ask how much I weigh now.. It just sucks to know... I am cutting off on mayo, ice cream and anything fried.

oops yeah.. how about that south beach diet?

Water, proper diet (meaning eating what you need not what you want) and some exercise...weight training and what not is good if you want to get definition or pack on some muscle but basically one just needs to find what works for them...

some people can eat a couple large meals why others need to eat many small meals a day...

Talk to a nutritionist or a trainer, sometimes you can get info for free since most of these people love to talk about what they are in to...

a few years ago a very similar fad was to pick up a particular food item that you like the most, and just take that for lunch, dinner, breakfast etc.... that one worked on 'spatial satiety' as well
