when i click send/recieve all it starts recieving emails. it recieves one then a error message appears: Message number 2 could not be retrieved. Account: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Server: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: ' a house, you can get up to 90 days free life ', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800420CD

this then freezes all the rest of the messages untill it times out then this message is displayed: Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Server: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

need help. any thoughts ?

I have had this problem before, I solved it by logging into webmail and deleteing the offending email. I've never found out why this occurs though so maybe someone can shed some light!

So login to your webmail and remove the item - it looks like spam anyway!
