I'm designer and as you know sometimes we got customers that takes our time but have no willing to pay for it.
I got idea - lets share cheaters to be protected in future.
I starting yahoo and google group [Client Rating]

I think that in some months we will have the huge list of cheaters and anyone who will join the groups would be able to check the customer before cooperation started.
I'm planning to post my black list on these groups today/tomorrow - just need to update contact info of cheaters 
I hope it will be usable for all freelance designers/programmers.
