I am trying to link to sites with a PR of at least 5, does that mean their main file is a PR5, or does the page linking to me have to be a PR5? Also, anyone know of a free link exchange script that uses real links, and not jump links? Post em if so. Thanks.

it normally means the main page has a pr5. but again it depends on the site traffic, content and the popularity of that page/site.

so far i ave not come across any.. there are paid ones i think or you can create your own..
