Hi,

My company registered a domain name with a person who is related with
a domain registration company. He give the domain's control panel.

Now the domain is going to expire (5th may 2006) so We have take
initiative to renew the domain. but that person who registered the
domain threaten that he will not renew the domain.

I have tried with other registrar but they said that the domain cannot transfer now as
domain expired so they cannot transfer the domain.

Please give me suggestion in this regard.

Who's listed as the owner of the domain? If you are then you won't need the other person to renew the domain. If that other person is listed then there may not be anything you can do other than to work with that person.
