so I went out last Saturday with some friends to play billiards and hat a few beers, after that i had my hands massaged by a nice guy officemate...then the next day i went out and swim.. to make to story short, my hands hurt so bad that i don't think I can make a tight grip, it hurts so bad... what should i do, of course i need to wet my hands and wash as often as i could...

the wheel of fortune, after the fun now it's torturing me ...

You have probably straned a tendon or something, a doctor could tell you what it is

Did the massage happen before the hands hurt?

If so, improper massage or movement of the fingers and joints, though it might seem good at the moment, can cause soreness.
