I'm thinking of relocating to an area where the rent is cheap so that I can maximize the amount of money I can reinvest in my online endeavors. What places of the world do you know where the cost of living is cheap and the internet connection is good?

I find that housing in the US seems to be cheaper than anywhere else I've been to (Germany, Australia). I've also lived in multiple states here in the US, and one of the cheapest places to live is Missouri. I had picked up a brand new 3 bedroom house and 5 acres in the semi-countryside for a very very cheap price. Before that, I had lived in Nebraska and had a 6 bedroom house on a total of about an acre that cost me an arm and a leg, I would compare it to either prices in LA or NY, stay away from Nebraska. Those are just the two extremes, in my case.
