Use your new found freedom, travel the world and meets lots of new interesting people on the way. You'll wonder what the fuss was about.
Losing a loved one is hard I know, but nothing in this world is permanent. Remember the good times and move on, if you let yourself mope around and feel sorry for yourself you'll only feel worse.
I've lost a few loved ones in my time!

Use a step ladder heh
Just remember that there's a reason you split up, and that it probably wasn't "Meant to be"... enjoy being single for a while, do all the things you can't do when you're tied into a relationship, and just enjoy yourself.

Hi bunny,
Well, it's difficult but keep yourself busy. I've had a few ex's in my time and altho a break-up is hard, there's a reason for everything and just know that as time passes, it gets easier. That's about all you can do at this point.
Good luck,
DianeD

I had a relationship that lasted 3 years and when it finally ended I had a tough time getting over it. What I did to help ease things was always keep busy to get my mind off her. Find activities to do with friends or family....remove their pictures from your wallet, wall, or any other place you can see him.
Give it time. It will pass.

Monster truck tires can be helpful in this regard. You just have to make sure you have a spatula or something to scrape off the remains.

Best bet is to cease all communication, since this will only give you hope...People suck somtimes wether they mean to or not and I dont think there is a worse feeling in the world then to find out that someone you care so much about doenst care the same about you...
Welcome to life its a mother and one hell of a ride let me tell ya...Go ahead and have a couple nights of drunken fun jsut dont do anything stupid...well unless you want too...hahaha
if you need any help in that please feel free to contact me...lol...
hope it gets better in time it will always does (took me like a year)

go out..have fun, meet new people, go shopping, treat yourslef like go to spas, have your hair change...anything just to make yourself busy. you cant forget him right away, only time will tell but these things would keep you from thinking about him for a while and you'll feel and look good

Will take at least 11 months to get over him. Or so they say... Don't turn on the radio or watch sappy movies. Hang out with family, friends and church members. Most of all stay active. That great guy is just around the corner... His loss anyway.

Well when you a ready, you should release a balloon. For those who watch deperate housewives, you know what I am talking about. Anyway,
1. Write a letter with all of you feelings in it, good and bad.
2. Seal it in an envelope and write the guys name on it.
3. Attach it to a helium balloon that has a special phrase on it.
4. Let it go outside.
Do this with your closest friends if you can. I did this with my friend and she felt so much better afterwards. Try it to see how you feel!

Pleased to meet you, Bunny!
All sound advice from the other members, the only thing you can do is try and move on with your life, meet new people and slowly the ex-boyfriend will be the thing of the past...
Best Wishes,
Giselle
