They are sales pages, made just to sell a product. they are normally only one or two pages insize and have testimonials etc

ah ok. I get annoyed at those sites. not enough content on them...just feels like I'm getting shortened out and it I leave disappointed because I expect more.

I know they're are people who've had success with them, but they just look so spammy to me. I generally leave immediately as soon as I see one.

ha ha - everywhere you look there's an advert - what has the net come to when all you get is crap like this? Once upon a time the internet used to be fun, now it seems everyone is just out to make a fast buck...pity

I'd hardly call it a mini site though. There's more than just the one page. There's a directory that links to mini sites, but the site in your link wouldn't be considered a mini site itslelf.

The ads don't really bother me too much. It's only natural that people would begin to monetize ther sites. As long as the site provides something more than just the ads I'm usually fine with them being there to a point.
