Well posting in the Site Review or Site Suggestions category will yield you some good results. I would say make it more dynamic. More interactive.

People like flashy. And nothing screams flashy more than Macromedia Flash. Put together something that is really graphical and interactive and it will juice it up.

OMG, that is a pretty boring portfolio. lol
If i was you i would try a template or somethin like that.
Also i wouldn't use a black background

BTW there a few nice logos there
