i have just bought a vps and want to know how to configure my whm for weekly backup there is already an option for it but when ever i click on it it says that /backup directory does not exists any help and comment to setting up the backup for my cpanel would be good

have you tried creating the /backup directory?

You will need to create the /backup directory, or use the FTP method to transfer your files to another server.

everything is ok and i don't think that cpanel need any folder or file to be chmod as you know it better why
