Let's hope not!!
The fiasco in Iraq was a result of Washington and other Western powers getting involved in a political situation that they were not equipped to deal with (ignorance of culture/history etc). Despite this, Iraq is a walk in the park compared to what will come with Iran. Iran is a much more homogeneous country with a much stronger collective national identity.
