Hello,

I want to provide the option to register for free email account and also give them specific email space... can someone please help me by recomending me a free script, so far I heard of Squirrelmail but the layout is not very good looking.

I've worked with a couple of sites that provided web-based emails for their clients. The provider was Everyone.net. Depending upon which package was used, all the stuff you mentioned was controlled by site owner. You might want to check them out.
