Ok here is my problem... My friend has a website (forum based) with close to 6,000 members. He wants to add google ads on to his forums but he is worried that his site is illegal. His site is basically a massive cheat sheet. It has answers to a published work book. The book is a workbook that has sentence and other forms of questions that you have to fill in with a word. This website lists the words that are correctly supposed to be in the blanks. It does not give the questions or the name of the book. So I was wondering if I don't include the questions or any of the section titles how can they say it is copyright infringement? So could someone help me in deciding if this site is illegal and how to make it legal. Thanks

That would most likely depend on the country it is published from. If you are in doubt consult a solicitor.

I think it would depend on what google think regardless of whether it's legal in that country or not... Ask google.
