My emails go to trash?

Hello guys!

I am not sure if this is the right place for me to ask this question but I have nowhere to run to.

Recently, I was wondering why my clients were not keeping in touch with me. They were not replying to my emails. I would have phoned them but I can't attach a file to my phone calls. One client got back to me one time and sais that wihle he was cleaning his email he saw my 1-week old email to him with all the attachments needed in his BULK MAIL. In his other email account, my email was included in the spam mails.

What's going on? What should I do?

- Ask your clients to add you to their whitelist, so your e-mails don't get blocked
- Follow up the more important e-mails with a phone call to make sure they got it
Other than that, there isn't a lot you can do. It's really up to the client to decide through their filter software what e-mails to let through and which not to let through.

It's a scummy situation to be in... as usual, blame the spammers. Always blame the spammers.

Is that so? With regards to the filter software, can I also do something on it that could at least minimize busted transaction?

As Minaki pointed out the fault lies with your clients. They need to ensure that that you are on their "White list" Also get them to contact there ISP to ensure that your are also on their "White list".

Whew! That's a relief.

By the way, yesterday I submitted a sample output to our client and waited for his reply about it. I waited until my off but still no email came in. When I opened my email this morning I saw his note saying he did reply but he received a response from someone else saying it was a plain disaster.

I'm just worried because a simple miscommunication would really lead to a big disaster.
