- Ask your clients to add you to their whitelist, so your e-mails don't get blocked
- Follow up the more important e-mails with a phone call to make sure they got it
Other than that, there isn't a lot you can do. It's really up to the client to decide through their filter software what e-mails to let through and which not to let through.
It's a scummy situation to be in... as usual, blame the spammers. Always blame the spammers.
