Being especially fond of Animation movies, I'd say everyone of them is special in its own way. Bu, movies like Ice Age and Shrek are really good with very natural and humane expressions on the characters' faces!

When you say anime, I assume you only mean japanese cartoons. Well, the best anime I've seen so far are Baki: The Grappler and YUYU HAKUSHo(Ghost fighter).

It depends on how you define 'best'. As far as animation goes I like FLCL and Eureka 7 (same guy), for action I like Naruto and DB/Z/GT, and for plot/story I like Paranoia Agent and Full Metal Alchemist. Cowboy Bebop does a good job in all three categories, and although the animation is a bit dated I also like Trigun. Outside of the [AS] line up, Vampire Hunter D, Armitage, Slayers, Magic Knight Rayearth (shut up), and Ronin Warriors are all good.

There animated but not really anime, most people classify anime as cartoonlike tv shows from japan -_-

Bleach is decent, though this recent Bounto arc is driving me nuts, especially considering that the Arrankar arc is coming up.

Hellsing, at least the new OVA series (of which there are now 2), is quite good as well.
