Hi everyone,

Im new and in desperate need of help building a website. I am totally cluesless when it comes to building websites. Is there any compnay out there that have template websites and pretty much just upload and enter texts type deal? what would you guys suggest for an idiot like myself that really wants to build a ecommerce site?
