I don't think it's going to get you a date, but if you like it, wear it. It might get you some bonus points towards your geek cred for a while, but if it catches on with the "cool people" it's time to move on.

I would wear one. But i think google are a bit too well known to be trendy, A Linux tshirt would be trendier, But then you have conversations like this;
"why do you have a duck on your shirt?"
"It's a penguin."
"Looks like a duck...."
"well it's not."

Haha, yea i think thats how it would go. Have to say i agree on the not getting you a date front...

I was wearing a Mambo (as in the brand) t-shirt the other day and one of the IT guys at uni asked me where i got a tshirt about Content Management Systems... so im sure some folk would appreciate it...

I'd wear one if they sent one to me for free like Microsoft did. Otherwise, it's overpriced.

All huge designer brand started using firefox in their deisgns, its an awesome logo and a cool product, id proudly wear a tshirt with firefox on, or google. Do what you want man.
