I won't repeat a long post I made somewhere else.
If you use IE6 and have FrontPage 2000 installed on your computer, sites that use clicksor.com pop ups may load a browser add on onto your system that spawns a new pop up about every 20 minutes for as long as you are on line and every time you are on line.
Other versions of FrontPage may or may not be affected. FrontPage may not even be required but that was the loading source on my computer.
Just disable l_exnet.dll in the browser extensions and the problem goes away until you visit another site.
I have informed Microsoft of the problem.
