Hello,
I am a freelance web designer who lacks the one-stop shop that full service ad agencies have. I need a person who I can outsource the high-end web coding such as asp, shopping cart integration, databasing/insite searching and credit card validation. I have a few clients who need big sites and will pay good money for them to be done right but I can't even generate any quotes until I can bring on programmer.
I am not paying by the hour, once I feel you are qualified, i will discuss the websites in question with you and you would need to give me a quote. Whatever your quote is, that's what the customer will pay. Once again, this is not pay-by the hour.
