Hello everyone,

Could you share when did you use the Internet for the first time? And what was the site or whatever?
I personally met the Internet very late back in 2002. It was not because the area I lived in was not underdeveloped, but just due to some other circumstances. Also, I have to add that it was wap internet, i.e. via a cellular phone.
My impressions were unspeakable as I realised that in a moment I would find the answers for all the questions I had. And I did get those answers.
How was it with you and what was your impressions?

first time i used internet in year 2000 i was in school that time in 10 grade i think 15 yrs old .... one of my friend took me to cybercafe .... and opened porn sites .... lol .... i still remember i was saying to him oh my god how u did that .... i didnt had any clue whats internet and even whats computer that day i touched computer for the first time .....

96-97 right around there. I looked at skate company websites. The first time I remember going to regularly is SkateTalk

Well... I guess mine would be the old Prodigy service on Windows 3.1 back in 1990 I think.. Man, the nets come a LONG way since then.

Hi Connie! I first was introduced to internet in '89 or '90 along with the company intranet (that I worked for at that time). The company was moving to a higher technology with online training and interconnectivity of different company sites. Hence, my experience started with the internet.

My first impression was that this was and will be a great tool!

My opinion about finding all the answers to your questions, well, sometimes you find answers to questions and the answers are wrong. Just because it's on the internet doesn't mean that it's correct! My Dad always said, "Take it with a grain of salt!" Can't say I understand that ol' saying, but I can say that not everything you see or hear is true.
