Hi,
Yesterday ICQ started having trouble for users all over the world. It seems it is not possible to send any message containing a URL.
I just thought this would be interesting for everyone using ICQ, now you know why that link or message never reached it's destination...
ICQ has not made any statement on the troubles that I know of.
