I sent $1000 to his paypal. I got no websites and only excues of his paypal was fron by somebody now and he can't register domains or refund my money. Also someone is sick and he is in the hospital visiting all the time. David Mouton 70506 I just asked my money back and he won't return calls or emails and tried to send me $27 from another paypal and said I owe you $973 and will pay when I can. Can someone help me get my money back asap .

Did you report it to Pay Pal? Don't want this guy doing this to anyone else. I'm not sure what else you can really do. Sorry and good luck.

PayPal, although it really is your best option, likely won't get involved. They usually treat themselves as a payment processor only rather than getting in the way of customer vs. merchant disputes.

Sounds like you lost $973.

People do this all the time on my directory submitions. They pay the (measly) $3 then tell paypal that someone had used thier paypal account to make a $3 payment to me, Paypal just send me an email saying "by the way, We have taken the money out of your account and given it back to them, don't care what you think, Screw you.".

The morons don't realize that thier link gets removed from the directory automatically when this happens though.

How did paypal get your funds? From your checking account or from a credit card?

When I send someone a paypal I always have it taken from my credit card. Only had to do it once but when paypal wasn't trying hard enough to get my money back I just disputed it with my credit card company & got the money credited back to my credit card right away.

Paypal didn't like the chargeback and said I was only allowed a certain number of chargebacks and then they would terminate my account.

I have had a few bad deals where paypal would say they couldn't get me a refund but I keep calling and asking for supervisors and send a lot of emails and eventually they correct the problem but it takes a while sometimes.

Although I never had to get back a $1000.00

I assume you are talking about another forum because no Super Admin here on WT has done such a thing.
