I have a wireless LAN connection on my laptop, Internet explorer works fine with it, Firefox used to but its just updated to 2.0 and now it wont connect to any sites (IE still does) - anyone any ideas on what I can check to find out whats going on and fix it?

Cheers

UNCHECK that automatically detect settings box. Most routers are configured for DHCP anyway and will also take care of the DNS, so that box is unnecessary unless you're actually running a proxy server (which in 99.9% of cases you won't be.)

Then try it.

Other than that, I can't think of a thing.
