If they do still exist they will be in remote tribes in the middle of nowhere in places where laws don't exist. In most countries it would be illegal to eat people.
In developed countries cannibals tend to be psycopaths, And odly enough usually homosexual. In remote tribes it's more than likely done as part of a ritual to promote longevity or done in the belief that it will give someone eternal youth.
Interestingly there is a disease that you can get only by eating a human brain. It's sometimes refered to as laughing sickness, It's similar to the disease CJD (mad cow desiease) and it causes people to convulse and appear to be hystericaly laughing.
It causes the brain of the person who ate an infected brain to become riddled with holes.
