My concirn is that my website may be too blue. www.citishuttles.co.za

Blue is my favorite. I think maybe the page background should go grey or at least lighter.

You have a lot of blank space below the footer. You may want to change your width and height statements to a %. Others will tell you not to use the absolute positions so much. I viewed in IE7 only.

its pure blue but the good idea there is you used different shades of blue. as colbyt said, there are many blank spaces, better fill them up.

and i think it will look better if you use other colors that compliments to color blue.
