Hello,
I need to increase the productivity of replying my emails ( especially to customers, parteners, etc ) and I thought I can use some software which allow me to compose messages faster by using predefined templates which I can edit.
Many customers ask questions that are in the FAQ and if I could import the faq in such a 'email template ' software, from where I could easily paste the answers and eventually edit them, would increase my productivity a lot.
Any help, suggestions?
