Question: If a person has a wifi camera cell phone PDA, will it work without a cellular phone carrier? I see some of the phones have great features, but I am stuck in a contract with my current carrier (who doesn't support this phone). I'm in the market for a PDA anyway, so I wondered if I could make use of the other phone features until my contract is up.
