I've seen some sites (realtravel.com for instance) using a nice localization tool to locate the exact position of a user's blog entry when travelling around the world.
I'm developing a travel blog hosting site at the moment and I'm wondering if there is such a tool available online (for free or affordable, meaning not thousands of dollars in lizence fees per year)
What I would like to have is an ajax textbox or something similar that gives me location recommendations when I type in Melbourne or so.
After I select this location it is shown on the Google map with a marker.
Has anybody seen something like this? Or do you know what to google for? I couldn't find anything when searching for words like "localization google maps location selector finder" etc...
