I don't believe it's convincing about anything; especially the part about "Medical Tourism Agency" -- sounds too much like a Travel Agency; your colors don't blend well; the NavMenu is a horrible mess; the words at the top of the site are not only too many, but the text is too large and too long.
Then, you have such a large gap before you repeat your keywords at the bottom of the site which has no bearing and is certainly not a well thought out design process -- lastly; you have a whopping 1,500 code warnings!
My advice? Tear it down and start from scratch.
