Kerala is a famous tourist destination. We not only follow the “Atithi Devo Bhava” custom but also look after the nature as it is our priceless possession. Tourism sector contributes a huge percentage to the Nations GDP. This is possible because we pay special attention to nature. Moreover, Kerala Travel is a perfect balance between care for nature and care for its tourists, hence making every trip special, unique and memorable in itself.
Kerala’s main attraction is its diverse and breathtaking countryside. Kerala Travel really consists of exploration through its hill stations, backwaters, beaches and artistic monuments. Initiatives to safeguard the environment and to minimize the adverse effects of traditional tourism are taken by the authorities to avoid harmful aftermaths. The Tourism department of Kerala is trying to promote ecotourism initiatives by introducing ecotourism concepts like:
a) biodiversity conservation
b) sustainable use of biodiversity
c) reduction of tourism’s own environmental impact.
