I just wondering do bots hit views on forums thread? since my forum doesnt have any users or guests .. why my threads views increasing?

Yeah a bot hit will count as a thread view, Unless the forum knows how to indentify a bot and has been instructed to ignore them, And i don't think many (if any) do that.
