My boss finally shelled out the cash to buy us some new G5's. We've been on some ole 500mhz processors for so long that I was going to write it into a resignation letter. LOL
anyway; this new computer is SLOW! i'm not seeing any wowing speed differences. Furthermore, I used a firewire to transfer all my stuff, and Illustrator CS1 has been crashing ALLL DAY on me. I can't get more than about 10 minutes into a design when BOOM it dies! :brick:
any help or advice or anybody have the same issues?!
computer specs: 2x2Ghz Dual-Core Intel xeon, 1GB 667 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM
