Battlefield 2 Special Forces online is a great game. I just loving coming up behind my unsuspecting victim and nailing them with a knife.

I agree with C&C Generals it was a great game aswell as Doom & quake but i think the new final fantasy is the best game i've ever played

Another vote for Civilization (1-3 are all good.) There's nothing cooler than getting down to the last city for the last civilization, surrounding that city with tanks or Mobile Armor units (Civ 3, I can't remember if it's in Civ 2), and watching the civ try to send out warriors to attack the tanks.

You have clubs made of stone and wood. I have giant tanks made of steel that could blow your friggin' head off and send it halfway around the world. I WIN.

single player games are boring.
multi player games are bit less boring.
massive multi player online games are cool

there's no AI, just other players. if the game also provides team game play and player vs player and team vs team ... well ... the much better.

i say again. best game i played: Lineage 2. (if you have a cool team it's better then any other game)

but if i would have to choose a non MMORPG game ... i'd say Hitman, GTA and NFS Series
