Hi,

I cannot get a credit card yet. I have something like $50 in my PayPal account and I would like to get my PayPal verified to get lesser fees and also I don't want to have max 5 transactions per year limitation.

I need a virtual credit card. What do you suggest? How much? Can I pay with PayPal and can I load the VCC account with money from my PayPal account? Depositing funds from PayPal to VCC account. Do I lose all my money on VCC account when it expires? And what fees do the VCC have.
