So, how important is websecurity to you?

I am pretty strict about it, i mean i wouldent want someone going into one of my online accounts like paypal!?

It's a bit like asking "How important is not slamming a car door on your head?"

It's very important, Though mostly common sense. The people trying to take your money on the Internet are not too dissimilar to those who try to take your money in the real world. They wait for people to make it easy for them, They don't like working hard, So the harder you make it for them the less likely they are to bother with you.

Not at all important to me personally. And also very very important, but mostly common sense to anyone who works with computers a lot. I work in IT, so I really don't spend much time thinking about it. On a personal level, I don't give out my private info, have an email account specifically for anything that requires one, and don't go to badware sites. On a professional level, security is one part of a larger framework, and if you tend to do one well, it complements the other. So it's not really a concern, in the sense that I don't spend any time worrying about it.

im kinda but not.

i wont give people my password to things, i have security software etc, but i download loads of stuff, off many sites and p2p, and have had my fair share of virus and i tend to be a person who reinstalls my OS almost every year because of some reson or anyother Lol.
