i m working on web which display local info hotel,motel, threater,local events, area info etc. i am almost done with it and sure that i will get some advertisments.
to earn money with this do i need to open compnay, do some regestration
how to handle tax i know this is not a business forum but most of the poeple over here doing this(earning from advertisment), someone can helpme out

This is a local issue. Only your local government can answer it.

The Fed and most states do not require any license or registeration so long as you pay them their cut at the end of the year.

Keep really good records of income and expenses from day 1. It will make next April a lot easier to live with.

In the U.S., and in IMO, it's best to get a business license if you think you're going to make money. Most states consider that a business will lose money in the first 3 to 5 years and there's lots of expenses involved that can be accreditted to the business.

As colbyt said, check your local area for the requirements.
