I just thought I would share this with everyone. I've never seen a consistent download speed this fast before on any home connection I have ever had.

Yep, on a cable connection through Time Warner. There must be no one else in my entire town using that connection at the moment.

Most I get around here is around 700KB/s, though usually more around 500KB/s. I'm jealous

And here I am complaining about how slow and unreliable my dsl connection through Qwest is.

I'm jealous too. I need to call Time Warner.

I have Time Warner too, but I'm on the old Adelphia network. They keep saying that the Adelphia system was very inferior to Time Warner.

This is what I average:

This was 3/11/07, but the prior 3 months are about the same.

I was on the old adelphia system as well until March 27th. When they upgraded us I finally got all my HD content and super fast internet.

lol no ... actualy i m using gprs ... on my cell phone to connect to internet through bluetooth.... the speed i get of modem is 42kbps ... and downloading speed comes around 4.5 kbps .... it takes around 4 mins to download 1 mb ....

i was just sharing that i m the slowest guy around ....
