I agree with stOx that it's hardly domain squatting. I do think that they are profiteering.
Not to misquote you Mr Thumb with the way I split your post, but the news coverage is not there because someone wants to provide coverage to keep the world alert of all the facts and issues. The media is there to make money, too. I would even say that some of the coverage of this whole very tragic incident is sheer profiteering.
My deepest condolensces to those families! But for the news media to be trying to help and not profiteering, too? I saw some of the news channels that had 24 hour coverage of it for several days.
I think it's a shame that a large amount of people just seem to "feed" off the tragedies in this world, but I think that some of the media are the biggest "spoon makers" for this feeding.
