I have seen in many forum sites that when a member posts a particular topic on the forum site, it automatically appears on the the blogger.

You mean the signature that is link to blogger site. In forum you can edit your signature using your targeted keywords and your blog link. It will help boost traffic for the site and link popularity for the site as well.

i think he means when some one starts a new topic on forum .... the same post is also posted on blog automaticaly ....
